This may seem really really easy, but I can’t tell you how many times I had supervisors asking me for content for tailgate meetings, safety talks, and other employee-facing scenarios at which safety would be a topic.
Instead of referring to the company safety manual, picking a topic, and creating a new list of talking points for those supervisors – I wish I would have been stronger in communicating to them that the existing safety documents WERE the content they were seeking!
